I just wanted to say a massive thank you for everything you did arranging Mum's Funeral. The loss of a loved one is always a sad time but you managed to display the right level of compassion and support and empathy. You guided us skilfully through the arrangements and kept us up to date throughout and quite literally did everything that was needed to be done and you cared for mum throughout.
You have a lovely manner, and lots of Yorkshire "Common Sense", this combined with your personal knowledge of mum and dad made us very happy that we had chosen you to deal with mum's funeral and it was a massive weight of my mind. You knew exactly what was appropriate and the Funeral itself was amazing, it perhaps sounds an unusual way to describe a Funeral but it really was. Amazing, at the most distressing time Adam and his team are emphatic, caring, accommodating, compassionate and generally a god send. Dad looked so peaceful and handsome. Thank you so much from us all.

Adam is a wonderful gentleman who has shown great compassion, care and love at my husband's funeral, he did everything we asked him for and conducted the ceremony just as we all wanted, my husband would have loved every minute of it. Adam went above and beyond his duties after My Dad passed away, we couldn't have asked for a better Funeral Director. Adam did exactly what was asked, he made Dad's funeral special and it was just how My Dad would have wanted it. As a family we can not thank Adam enough.
